·absence of evidence → evidence of absence
·document date → event date
·approximate time → exact time
·correlation/topical similarity → dependency or causation
·chronological sequence → coaching, coordination, or causation
·inconsistency → dishonesty
·repeated/verbatim language → collusion (template use is the leading innocent explanation and is always listed)
·source similarity → assertion identity
·failure to classify → negative finding
·model confidence or fluency → factual reliability
·self-audit → verification
